Same thing happened to me. I eventually received my payout after i had LCB get involved and I at least received a detailed explanation from the rep on here, on why my other withdrawal request was denied and i can somewhat understand it based on their terms that i was playing under. BUT...after i got on here and contacted LCB with my complaint, they paid the 2nd withdrawal request and kinda made it seem as though they were giving me a favor even though i thoroughly read through the terms and conditions and had won the money using my own money from a deposit i made and not having any deposit bonus attached to it. When i uploaded the proof and a detailed explanation to LCB, then i received a reply from their rep that they will go ahead and approve my request for withdrawal but...blah blah blah. After a little time has passed i went back on their site because i thought i had quite a few mission points saved up and was going play with some of the $20 chips i could cash in, and the site has removed all my access to purchase mission chips, or even my access to use some bonuses i had previously won but hadn't used yet from spinning the wheel in missions room. all the deposit bonuses that display across the the screen when you first log in are all gone, all my messages from them on the site that would have like 20-25 different types of bonuses are gone, and even i f i try to manually type in a bonus code into the bonus box on cashier page, it tells me my status doesn't have access to such bonuses yet, like wtfjQuery34105651846144731767_1675000146398? I didn't do anything wrong, i even agreed that i could let the $2000.00 withdrawal request of mine go away even though i still believe i was in the right but it was my first time withdrawing so maybe i slipped and wasn't fully in the know, even though i was playing on my own money and all bonus requirements were met, they claim it still fell under their bonus $20 mission chip rules because the chip i was playing on BEFORE i lost i played it all out and made my own deposit with my own money and won the $2000+ , they claim that the deposit i made still fell under the $20 chip rule because i didn't let my balance fall down below $0.40 or $0.48 or whatever tiny amount it is supposed to fall below before it cancels out that deposit. Im pretty sure i did because i always do, i typically get down to like $1.00 or little more and switch to a cheap slot and play until i run completely out of money usually like $0.03 sometimes even $0. But i can't be 100% certain because once they denied that request to withdrawal, i couldn't see all of my transaction history. It would only go back to as far as i had made the request to remove my winnings, it wouldn't go back to just before showing if my deposit was made before or after my $20 chip was depleted. So i don't have concrete evidence, but as i said i ALWAYS play until there's very little to nothing left just to go ahead and spend it all up. But the 2nd request for my winnings was completely on them. and if LCB didn't get involved i believe they would have held strong to it and i would have gotten nothing again, but this time i took screenshots of everything and made screenshots of times and dates and any possible thing i would need for "proof of purchase" (or withdrawal) per say. Well they let me have that 2nd request after LCB got involved but after that, all my bonus access, any mission bonuses i purchased or won from the wheel or even allowing me to spend my mission points was removed. So i can take the hint, apparently ya don't want me to come back and so i will take the hint. Feels like bad sportmanship to me. We lose constantly or shall i say some people never have an opportunity to even make a request to withdrawal any winnings we usually spend money to enjoy ourselves for a little bit, pass some time, and lose it all. But seems as soon as you request your winnings, they deny it, get upset that you got upset that they denied it and then your blacklisted on their site and frozen out of ever have same opportunity as any other player playing on their site, with free spins, or mission point purchases or deposit bonuses , it's all taken away, so with that do you really think that makes me wanna deposit on your site again? Uh...NO!! I can already guess how that amount deposited will be played out.....winning nothing cuz they already showed their hand in being big babies when it comes time to actually pay someone else for a change, and such a small amount at that. I deposited thousands on there and request just $500 as my 2nd request and they still wanna fight ya about it.

Updating my review… After spending 2 weeks getting verified to take a small $200 withdrawal after a handful of deposits my account had all promotions revoked and my account will no longer receive free spins, promo points, or matches. With dozens of RTG casinos that’s enough to move me to somewhere else
